Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, allowing time to fill out paperwork if needed. Starting your sessions on time allows you to receive the full benefit of your complete and unhurried service. So that the next guest is not inconvenienced, appointment duration will be adjusted for late arrivals at full fee.
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and pagers should be turned off or set to vibrate.
If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, the courtesy of 24 hours notice is appreciated. Appointments will be reserved with a credit, debit, or gift card. Cancellations of a service with less than 24 hours notice will result in a full service charge.
Gratuities are appreciated and left to the discretion of the guest. Gift certificates do not include gratuity unless otherwise indicated. Gratuities cannot be combined with the cost of the service in a charge or check. If you would like to leave a gratuity, you may do so by giving cash or a check written directly to the therapist.
All gift certificates are non-refundable but fully transferable. If the price of service has gone up after the expiration date, guests will be responsible for any price increases, however, the certificate its self dose not expire.
We accept cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and personal checks. Returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 service charge.
